Site Redesign Coming Soon!

We're excited to announce that there is a major site redesign coming this Spring.
We will announce the exact date during March.


You'll be able to experience a fresh and modern look, making it easier and more fun to be a member than ever before.

In case you have any questions, here are our answers to the most common ones: 

Q: Can I keep using the same account?
A: Yes - you will be able to sign in with your existing account

Q: Will I keep all of my EPoints?
A: Yes - your balance will remain unchanged. Note that "EPoints" will be renamed to "Points"

Q: I exchanged points for a reward item. Will it still reach me?
A: Yes - any items you requested will be processed without any change to the estimated delivery date

Q: Will the same reward items be available?
A: Yes - we will continue to offer the same lineup of reward items as are currently available
    We will also be adding more new items in the coming months based on the most popular requests from you, our members

Q: Will I still be able to access any open surveys?
A: Yes - any open surveys will be waiting for you when you sign in

Q: Will I still be able to see my survey and exchange history?
A: Yes - your reward and exchange history will be waiting for you when you sign in

Q: Will I still be able to access the site via the same link?
A: Yes - however, you will be redirected to our new domain automatically
    We will ask that you please update your bookmarks

Q: Will email from Rakuten Insight Surveys come from the same sender?
A: Yes and no - you will still receive some email from the same sender (@aipsurveys.com) for several months, and some email will come from our new domain.
     After the transition is complete, all email will come from our new domain.

Q: Will the website still look a outdated?
A: No! - This is a complete redesign with a modern look and modern features. 

With that in mind, we're looking forward to showing you the new design.
